The service

Pditor gives you a suite of PDF tools, some AI-assisted, hosted at pditor.com. By using the service you accept these terms.

Accounts and quotas

The free tier permits 5 tool runs and 10 AI calls per day per subject (a logged-in account or, for anonymous use, a hashed IP + cookie pair). Upload size is capped at 25 MB.

Pro removes the daily caps, raises the upload cap to 200 MB, and keeps generated outputs in storage for 15 minutes after each job rather than 60 minutes.

Payment and refunds

Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy, who acts as merchant of record. Cancel anytime from the dashboard — your Pro access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then lapses. Refunds within the first 7 days of a new subscription are granted on request to billing@pditor.com.

What you can’t do

• Upload content you don’t have rights to.
• Use the service to evade copyright, defeat DRM, generate CSAM, or for any purpose unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Automated scraping, credential sharing, or routing your own paying customers through this service without a written API agreement.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We’re a small team; if a tool damages your file or output is wrong, our maximum liability is what you paid us in the trailing month. Keep backups of important documents.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time via the GDPR erasure endpoint; see the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects your existing subscription, you’ll get an email before the change takes effect.
