Why Pditor

No account for signers

Recipients sign straight from an emailed link in the browser — nothing to install, no sign-up.

Sealed & audited

Completed documents are sealed with a PAdES digital signature and carry a full audit trail: who signed, when, and from where.

All in one place

Prepare in the editor, send, and track every agreement from your dashboard — no separate e-signature app.

FAQ

How do I send a PDF for signature?+

Open the document in the Pditor editor, choose Request signatures, add your recipients and fields, and send. Each signer receives an email link to sign in their browser.

Do recipients need a Pditor account?+

No. Signers open a secure, tokenized link from their email and sign right in the browser — no account or install required.

Can I get multiple people to sign in order?+

Yes. Choose sequential routing to send to each signer in turn, or parallel to ask everyone at once. You can set reminders and an expiry date.

Is the signed document legally valid?+

Completed documents are sealed with a PAdES digital signature and include a Certificate of Completion recording each signer, timestamp, and IP — consistent with the ESIGN Act and eIDAS for electronic signatures. For regulated use, check the requirements that apply to you.

What happens when everyone has signed?+

The document is sealed, you and the signers are notified, and you can download the signed PDF and its audit certificate from your dashboard.
