What people ask before paying.

F.01 Does it renew automatically? Can I cancel anytime? +

Pro renews automatically each period ($35.88/yr annual or $4.99/mo monthly) until you cancel. Cancel from the dashboard whenever you like and keep Pro through the end of the billing period you already paid for — no "speak to retention" loop, and you're never charged again after cancelling.

F.02 What happens to my files? +

Every input and output is deleted from object storage on a fixed schedule — 60 minutes after the job finishes on free, 24 hours on Pro. No leftover keys, no retention dashboards to opt out of.

F.03 Why is it cheaper than iLovePDF / Smallpdf? +

Same tools, less legacy infrastructure. Faster than Acrobat, priced like a streaming service. Built from scratch instead of bolted onto a server-license model from 2010.

F.04 Do you train AI models on my PDFs? +

No. Provider calls send your text but explicitly opt out of training. We don't store prompt/response pairs longer than the 7-day content-hash cache.
