Signing on a phone, without the friction

Printing, signing, scanning, and emailing a document back is the slowest way to sign anything — and impossible if you’re away from a printer. On a phone you can do the whole thing in the browser.

Draw, type, or upload

Pditor gives you three ways to make your signature: draw it with your finger (the most natural on a touchscreen), type your name in a handwriting-style font, or upload a photo of your real signature on white paper. Whichever you pick is saved for the session so you can reuse it across pages.

Place it exactly

Drag the signature onto the signature line and pinch to resize. You can add a date field and your initials the same way. Nothing is committed until you download, so you can nudge everything into place first.

When to send it to others instead

If other people need to sign too, use Send for signature: add each recipient, place their fields, and Pditor emails everyone a no-login signing link, tracks who has signed, and returns a sealed PDF with a full audit trail — all from your phone.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign a PDF on my iPhone without an app?
Open the PDF in Safari on Pditor's Sign PDF tool, draw or type your signature, place it on the signature line, and download. No App Store install is required.
Can I sign a PDF on Android the same way?
Yes. The tool runs in Chrome (or any mobile browser) on Android exactly the same way — draw, place, download.
Is a drawn signature legally valid?
In most jurisdictions an electronic signature you apply with intent to sign is valid for everyday agreements. For formal workflows, use Send for signature, which emails each signer a tracked link and returns a sealed, audited PDF.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Signing a PDF yourself is free and needs no account. Sending a document to others for signature requires a free sign-in so we can track the signers.
