F.01 Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard and keep Pro through the end of the billing period you already paid for — no "speak to retention" loop.
F.02 What happens to my files? +
Every input and output is deleted from object storage on a fixed schedule — 60 minutes after the job finishes on free, 15 minutes on Pro. No leftover keys, no retention dashboards to opt out of.
F.03 Why is it cheaper than iLovePDF / Smallpdf? +
