Try before you buy

Pditor’s free tier is permanent, not a trial. You can run every tool — including the AI ones, up to the daily cap — before paying anything. We’d rather you know Pro fits your needs before you’re charged.

14–day refund on your first charge

If Pro isn’t what you needed, email billing@pditor.com within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll refund it. No forms, no runaround.

• Refunds apply to the first charge of a new subscription only.
• Renewal charges and subsequent subscriptions are not refundable — cancel before they renew (see below).
• One–time purchases (e.g. credit packs, lifetime deals) follow the terms shown at checkout.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Pro access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then lapses — you’re never charged again after cancelling.

How refunds are processed

Billing is handled by our payment provider as merchant of record, so approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through them. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

Where the consumer law of the country where you live grants a longer withdrawal or refund right, that right applies regardless of the windows above.
