Per-page text extraction into one worksheet per page. v1 is text-only — no table detection. Scanned PDFs need OCR first. Layout-aware table reconstruction (proper cell boundaries via pdfium heuristics + DeepSeek-VL fallback) is the Phase-3 upgrade.
